If Johnson blows him away in an interview, then Wolf goes and Johnson comes in with his own but think since Wolf is more likely staying, it's Vrabel. No way Wolf picks the HC over Kraft.

The more I think about it, Gruden is the guy. I know he said some really ****ed up stuff over email but he’s a proven winner who can develop QBs. I don’t see how Kraft doesn’t at least ping him for an interview.

Since 2003 Gruden has had 1 double digit win season out of 10 seasons coaching and only 3 winning seasons. That's over the last 20 years.

This is like saying we should hire **** Vermeil or Brian Billick because they won Super Bowls.
