Reading the Tea Leaves on Mayo and Wolf (Personal Speculation)

If they threw the bag at Jim Harbaugh last year and Jonathan promised to get out of the way and shut up he would at least have considered it… hopefully.

The Krafts have to make this look like an attractive landing spot, it starts with them.
Yeah, he’s a proven coach. He builds teams from the inside out. Meaning he probably would not have drafted Maye. OL would have been addressed first.

Monday, Jan 6, Mayo will be fired. No time to waste. As an after thought Eliot Wolf will get canned too.
I think you’re being overly optimistic…

They needed a QB, it was the Pat’s #1 need and they had the third overall pick… he would have taken a QB or he’d probably never have that opportunity again. He’s no fool.

Harbaugh had Justin Herbert, that’s why he took Alt… protect the franchise. He would have built a better offensive line this season around Maye or McCarthy, would have signed better free agents, drafted better.

Re JK, it would be interesting if some intrepid reporters could survey around the league to get a sense of where the coaching population is regarding Jonathan.

I’ll just say if Mayo keeps his job, I’m out. Kraft is now abusing the fan base, either purposefully or because he has significant cognitive decline. I refuse to take it. And, since I’m certain Mayo stays, I’ll see y’all in 2026.

Pretty much same story here and I am not convinced they will be able to improve it during FA or the draft
Me neither because their DC sucks and the HC has never been a DC.

At least in TN Vrabel had defenses finish in the top 10 in a handful of categories over the years.

Like in HOU once the top end talent goes, so does the stoutness

Dear Eliot, Please provide Mr. Tavai with his prerequisite “Participation Trophy” before dispersing him to the Waiver Wire at your earliest possible convenience. Regards, A Pats Fan

Defense should be completely slacking and allowing bills to have free run .
