I don't know that they'll get anyone good to replace them at all, considering the current ownership climate.

I think, at this point, we'll be fortunate to get a placeholder re-tread in here for a couple of years. Remember, Van Pelt was the 11th guy they interviewed for the OC position.

WSBK is the old Channel 38. Channel 4 (WBZ) bought them out a few years back and uses them as a sister station.

So I imagine this post game has been happening for quite some time? These are the same dudes who do the preseason but disappear up here in Maine cause we don't have access to those channels.

But privately you are going to have to talk to corporate media heads to censor the unhealthy negative disinformation out there and maybe get your lawyers to do something about that patsfans forum.On my part, didn't I guarantee you the players would love me as their coach? Did I deliver? Yes! Everything's loose in the locker room. No more Boss Bill and his old school ways. Meeting times are 9-ish am.Bring a note if you are absent. Players- well we call them associates, dont do laps and we dont shame people in the filmroom. We dont push them in practice, they get respect as professionals and we trust them to know their jobs. The players respond they say its much more relaxed atmosphere and are having fun. It's true! I see them playing video games in the locker room and practcing their "good play" moves for TV. I guarantee you next season will show improvement but winning isn't everything! I think there is an unhealthy focus on that.

So happy to hear that incompetence shaming has been ended!

Mayo’s presser didn’t contain any “gaffes” but it wasn’t great either. Kind of a Belichickian one where he mostly just shut up and didn’t really say anything. But also didn’t seem to know what he was talking about either. One reporter asked him what went wrong/what the design was for the fumbled pitch play, he said “I would have to go watch the film.” Why do you need to watch the film? Don’t you know what play was called?

And didn’t you find out on the spot? Where is the accountability?

It was nothing like a bb pc because he took zero responsibility, and blamed everything on the players.

Won't go there in Mayo but clearly he is saying the coordinators are gone.

Wouldn't the significant changes have to involve Mayo? If they fire AVP & Covington, what competent coordinator (s) will want to work for a possible lame duck coach? Kraft has to do a clean sweep if he has any hope of hiring good coaches.

Yeah, usually it's on 38 if CBS has a double-header. Today they didn't have a game at all, but whatever they're showing must be better than whatever rating they'd get from the post-game show.

It would be great if you looked at Robinson, Strange, and Onwenu. The inner OL looked significantly improved to me. Need new tackles. No idea why Jacobs was still starting.
