This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.
I think it’s not reviewable insofar as there’s nothing to review. There’s no camera angle that gives definitive evidence, so all you can go on is what the guy standing underneath the post saw, and he already told you at the time of the play.
Easy solution: put a camera at bottom looking up inside hollow pipe uprights. Pipe restricts field of view so it’s easy to tell if ball goes directly over upright. Another camera or just officials eyeballs can tell if ball is close but not directly over.
