Boy.. the days of "how long are starters going to play " seem like ions ago for this time of year. We are left with nothing but fond memories of this once proud organization. We have 2 foundational pieces in gonzo and Drake. We have NOTHING else!!..

This game wont even be close.

The Pats lost by 6 last season under Bill Belichick.

Watch this debacle be a 21 point deficit. Kraft should start selling paper bags and have a build a bag kiosk at Gillete.

Canning AVP will solve nothing.

You cant make chicken salad out of chicken 5hit. The Pats could actually be worse next season if Maye struggles.

Agreed. AVP isn't the problem he hampered by the OL as to how he can be aggressive calling plays. Drake isn't wired to get worse in different ways he's actually gotten better each game. Kid is so Dam impressive given he has not support outside of Henry on the field.

Hard to see a path to victory here. The defense is a mess and it’s not that much about lack of talent. We can’t cover, we can’t tackle, we can’t set the edge. The defense sucks at their fundamentals and this falls on the coaching.

Meanwhile Drake Maye has the capacity to hang points on the Bills defense but does the rest of the offense? The OL and receivers have been ass.

They need to let Maye play freely, go for big plays and just hope that the defense can notch turnovers.
The Bills defense just needs to cover Henry and Pop.

The Pats don't have a weapon like St Brown.

If Josh Allen checks his kneecaps at the door we have a puncher’s chance. If he plays we lose by 30+ unless they bench their starters in the 4th quarter and go into prevent/soft coverage.

And will the Pats two wins hold up so far to the number of games Zappe is active (0 as of today) after signing with the Browns?

You have a shelf of trophies, one of the all-time greatest coaches and quarterbacks, we're looking for 1 ring. There's a generation of Pats fans who knew nothing of losing. Imagine being a bills fan and having the patriots scenario for over 20yrs consecutively..... we basically sold out the stadium for those 20+yrs as well. What the bills did in the 90's and the patriots did for 20yrs is impressive. Mind you, Buffalo probably has most of the worst records on the books starting with how to imagine new ways to lose games. I'll never forget the time Bill had Matt Cassel punt on 3rd down in 2008 for 50+yds to the bills goal line... that is not a typo, on 3rd down. pats punt on 3rd down

I hope the bills win, but it's a divisional game and they are typically tough. Also, side note, I got to meet with head of grounds there regarding their hybrid practice fields because that type of athletic field is being brought down into collegiate and high school play, really nice people and enjoyed getting that kind of access.

You mean at halftime, right?

???

Kraft will be very happy if we lose by only 21.

Were you a fan when they lost four in a row?

I’ve always said I couldn’t imagine being a Bills fan when they lost four in a row. When the Giants spoiled our undefeated season I threw everyone out of the house after the game. Four in a row and I would’ve checked myself into a hospital.

I can almost see the Pats suddenly having an anomaly game and forcing a bunch of turnovers or something flukey where we either pull out a crazy win, or super close - just enough for Krafty to justify keeping Mayo. That would be the worst.
