That’s got to hurt. Good payback for blackballing him, if the rumors about Kraft’s call to Arthur Blank are to be believed.

Yes, but BB will be much more convincing. If you want to play in the NFL who do you trust? Deion or BB? I expect that the vast majority of kids will trust BB.

Wasn’t there a significant improvement in Colorado’s recruiting success after Coach Sanders joined their program? Seems I recall hearing that somewhere.

If he did I’d bet Thunder is seriously pissed.

Just guessing I’d expect the standard NFL boilerplate contract language would be triggered by signing with another NFL team. So the media gigs wouldn’t terminate the coaching contract, it would take an NFL coaching contract to do that. Might be specific to certain positions but I’d think that’s unlikely because too easily evaded.

If college coaching gigs weren’t covered before I’ll bet that there are a bunch of NFL team lawyers busily working on fixing that right now.

Bill wasn't that bad without Brady. He only had 8 losing seasons out of 11.

The funny thing is Bill had no intention of moving on from Drew even after a 5-11 season and an 0-2 start. If not for Mo Lewis Brady might have sat on the bench for years.

.426 post Brady and well deserved especially from his GM decisions. Interesting that his genius offensive hires of MP/JJ are out of the NFL and his first round QB pick left to their “coaching” is now a shell of what he was as a rookie in NE.

Transfer portal opened in the last couple days, it’s going to be interesting to keep an eye out on their transfers. I think he will get a lot of four stars that are at some of the big name schools but aren’t starting.

If Belichick wants to be successful, he is going to have to abandon the culture of misery he fostered in New England. It just won’t stand with teenagers who have countless options to go elsewhere pretty much whenever they want.

Deion is going to to have a top 5 and a top 20 player in the upcoming draft (not to mention the odds on favorite for the Heidman). Get back to us when Belichick pulls that off.
