Six exclusive national telecasts means zero byes this week.
A seventh national telecast is the best game of the week: 9-2 Philadelphia at 8-4 Baltimore in the late afternoon window on CBS.
There are also two other games with both teams owning winning records: Chargers at Atlanta, and Arizona at Minnesota.
In terms of draft order, the biggest (worst) game of the week is the second Thanksgiving game, Giants at Dallas.
We also have a 3:00 game on Friday, with the NFL barely circumventing their broadcasting antitrust exemption. The Sports Broadcasting Act of 1961 states that there can be no pro football games on Friday nights after 6:00 pm, as well as no games on a Saturday from the second weekend of September through the second weekend of December. I suppose the league skated around the law by suggesting the game is scheduled to finish by 6:00 - but I am curious, what if that is not the case? What if it goes to overtime? Would they be compelled to stop broadcasting the game if the clock on the wall read 6:01, but the scoreboard clock was anything other than all zeros?
