Wolf has made worse GM decisions than post Brady BB

The two of you sorta combine to make a sort of Andy-bot of thread ruination. Your heedless disregard for the rest of us is over the top smdh
I tried to step away. It lasted about a day until he started just making things up just so he can hate.

It actually says everything. And with that you're muted cause yer whining about me is getting old.
It says he hadn't bought into the hype yet says nothing about QB skill type.

The people making **** up are the people attributing Belichick’s decisions to Wolf. Adrian Klemm worked for Belichick, not Wolf, and even Groh was above Wolf in the pecking order in Belichick’s last season, and Klemm’s only season. I have given Belichick tons of credit for everything good he did for the Patriots, but he wasn’t perfect, and the effort by some to whitewash his mistakes by pretending Wolf was calling the shots is complete and utter ********.
So because you don't like someone else's make believe you choose to argue by making things up got it.

This says nothing about the type of QB he likes.

But keep making things up. hater.

Belichick was very clear about the Maye pick as the pick happened, he didn’t like it. And there is NOTHING in Belichick’s draft history to suggest he would have used the 3rd pick on a QB. In fact Belichick’s history indicates he would have either gone with the best defender, or traded back. And to his credit Belichick has a very good history with high first round picks, if you don’t count the Fullback he took in Cleveland.

Most recently when he had a top 15 pick and a need at QB he went QB. But let's go with you make believe instead.

This is supposed to be a day of thanks, so I’m out. Have a good Thanksgiving everyone.
I'm thankful we had both Bill Belichick and Tom Brady. They are both the greatest to ever do their Jobs.

I guess if calling him the greatest coach in the history of football a thousand times is hating then I am guilty as charged.
You might not be as bad as SB1 but in this case you chose to align yourself with his garbage.

I don't understand why we are discussing something that someone would have done for this team when they are no longer with this team. BB had some great qualities and some **** qualities, but discussing his tendencies and applying them to the 2024 draft is ridiculous.
It's natural to do that after a legend leaves. There was plenty of discussion about how a Brady-led Patriots team would have done in 2020.

Careful about saying he had "**** qualities"... some around here will whine about you being a hater or "having an agenda". LMAO

It could be worse Sam. He could have listened to you. In fact, if you were in charge Mac Jones would still be their QB. You are suffering from what is known as a “ complete lack of credibility,” among other things.
Happy Thanksgiving Ivan! I am a believer in people who get paid exorbitant sums of money in the public space (like Wolf, Mayo, BB) being held accountable for their job performances. When they do not do their jobs well...they should be called out. As a fan of this team since 1967, I want to see competent leadership and performance from the owner, front office and coaching staff.
Its now been 6 years since Brady left and this team keeps getting worse.

Happy for you to disagree with me. Sometimes I have been wrong...but more often, I have been right. I recognized BB's failure as a GM very early on, well before you were calling him out.

I feel pretty secure in my belief that if Wolf and Mayo continue to be in charge of this rebuild, the team will not get back to competing for super bowls for a long time.

If you want to say I am complaining...you're correct. I want to see positive changes and I am complaining about the decisions that Kraft has made in hiring Mayo and Wolf.

A better way to interpret that is the only time he went top 15 for an offensive player was the year he absolutely needed a QB.
I guess, but I just don’t know. I think that range (#15) is the highest he would have gone for a QB in round one. Unless he had a shot at someone like Jayden Daniels, which I think is the only way he would have felt the value was there at the top of the draft. When he’s taken guys pretty high, he’s sought game-changing players. I don’t know if he viewed Maye that way.

I just don’t think he liked Maye enough to draft him at #3 and resist the opportunity to trade down and target McCarthy or someone else, especially since it would have allowed him to address other needs given where their roster was. I think he would have gone QB and offensive tackle in round one, and then possibly another offensive tackle in round two.

Again, just a guess. But I don’t know if it was because it was the Patriots or whatever, but I didn’t get the sense in his commentary that he liked Maye well enough to use a #3 on him. Albeit, I'm wrong more than I'm right, so you know...there's also that.

Even worse than BB the GM
Unacceptable and he does not deserve another year. Team will not have a successful rebuild with this kind of decision making

Draft picks:

Drake Maye- A
Jaa"Lynn Polk- C- (passed on Mcconkey)
Caeden Wallace C-
Javon Baker D
Layden Robinson C
Joe Milton C
Marcellus Dial C-
Jaheim Bell C-

Free Agents:

Jacoby Brissett- C+
KJ Osborn D
Sione Takitaki- C-
Austin Hooper B
Antonio Gibson C-
Chukwuma Okorafor F
Armon Watts F

A blind man could've picked Drake Maye. He was a "No Brainer".

He's on record saying he didn't like the Maye pick. So who does he pick? Does he trade down and grab one of the lesser QBs?
