Understood. I just don't see the mental aptitude in Douglas. People are dazzled by his jitterbug skills but if he can't be where the ball is what good is that? Possibly coachable ... but where does that leave us?
Lining up out of position last week, repeatedly, was something coaching should’ve fixed after the first time. We got screenshots showing it was the guard being out of position that got the tackle flagged. Coaches should see that during the game and make the adjustment. And that’s just one example.

Yup, understood as well. He’s one of the few that shows potential here, but he isn’t untouchable and they shouldn’t pass up on a better guy at his position if he becomes available. Douglas has to earn it.
