It's easy, and only takes a few moments. This is obvious but we are not a well Coached Team and it shows with those stupid back breaking penalties. We are playing Teams who are Leagues ahead of us in the Coaching department and we ain't Out Coaching them. It starts on Sunday Mike McDaniel will mop the floor up with two times Mayo. Unless Maye plays lights out I mean Throws for 250 and Run for 100 and we still might lose, we are too devoid of talent and can't overcome our mistakes. We should be in the Top 3 again at seasons end not Maye's fault.
The First Five weeks he would have been carted off. Biscuit earned his licks: it's week 11 and Maye is still getting hit.Agree..Not wishing it (kinda) but if Tuna got knocked out this weekend…I’d say there’s a chance we win, then again we didn’t before. I wonder what our record would be if drake started the whole season…the wheels hadn’t fallen off the D yet.
Who has Mayo gotten rid of, where he either clearly failed to maximize value or they have gone on to play well elsewhere this year? Maybe Uche and Ryland?I'm convinced now, more than ever, that neither Mayo nor Wolf know how to build a team. I swear that Mayo thinks this is Fantasy Football the way he just throws players away...
Becuase of the defense they won't win another game the rest of the way. Drake keeps us in every game even with his turnovers. The defense just has beena disappointment all season. There is really nothing more we have to see to know what's needed to maximize Drake. It's a 32nd ranked offense with a awesome rookie QB and a ****ty defense. At least 2 wins would be nice.
The only links he earned is from JP licks ice cream store. 98 yards passing..The First Five weeks he would have been carted off. Biscuit earned his licks: it's week 11 and Maye is still getting hit.
One could argue that since very few have gone on to have any success that maybe they should never have been here to begin with either.Who has Mayo gotten rid of, where he either clearly failed to maximize value or they have gone on to play well elsewhere this year? Maybe Uche and Ryland?

I don't see the need to salvage anything. I'd say it's actually going better than expected. We got our quarterback, and we've learned a lot about which players are going to be part of the long-term program. Team has played hard and we've maintained a good draft position to help the re-load. I think we challenge for a playoff spot next year,
Fair enough. I agree the jury is still out. I'm more patient, probably because I dread the "fire the bums" treadmill. You'll forgive me if I put ZERO faith in the combination of Wolf/Groh/Mayo.
Wolf/Mayo do not know how to build a team. They are collecting talent and that will result in this team not doing squat until they're gone.
Wolf/Groh are as responsible for the 2022 and 2023 drafts as Belichick. They can't blame Belichick for 2024.
As someone else pointed out, 2022 has given us 2 guys who have both had issues staying on the field in Cole Strange and Marcus Jones.
The jury is still out on Jake Andrews, but Mafi was a miss, Ryland a bust (though he seems to have salvaged things in AZ), Speed in on his 3rd team, and what once seems like a promising potential starter opposite Onwenu in Sow now seems like a guy who is on his way to being another cut by this Coach/GM Combo.
From the day BB walked through the door, his focus was on improving the starting OL and DL. He had misses, especially that first draft where he was relying on Grier's scouting info. But, once it was his people, the likes of Light, Vollmer, Solder, Thuney, Mankins, Wilfork, Warren, Seymour. That's what the Patriots became KNOWN for. And yes, BB had his misses with the likes of Malcolm Brown, Easley, Brace, and Wynn. But the Hits far outweighed the misses.
This group doesn't seem to understand that and it showed in this draft and the handling of the O-line in camp.
You said they're throwing away players. My point is simply that the players they're getting rid of, for the most part, haven't been more than JAGs.CT - Who said anything about "maximizing value"? Maximizing value is what you talk about in Fantasy Football or when you're collecting talent. I said they don't know how to "Build a Team". That's been the case since prior to the draft, IMHO. I would hope that I wouldn't have to explain the difference to you.
Blame the GM that took them.
So Mayo is very hands on when it comes onto criticizing Rookies. But hands off on criticizing Pathetic Position Coaches. We get it two times Mayo.
The answer is nobody. However, Wolf signed guys he clearly shouldn’t have such as Owenu and Dugger. Bourne was idiotic. Rham and Barmore could’ve waited. They re-signed a ton of Bill’s guys, but they are sitting at 3 wins which they are very lucky to have right now. That’s a lot of money spent for potentially only 3 wins this season. You can’t use the QB and the HC excuse this time as it was played out last season.Who has Mayo gotten rid of, where he either clearly failed to maximize value or they have gone on to play well elsewhere this year? They haves lot to learn. It really is that simple.A: What are Polk's and Baker's problems? Is it personnel or coaching? Can they be ironed out? Now's the time to find out.
Jacob’s. aYou'll forgive me if I put ZERO faith in the combination of Wolf/Groh/Mayo.
