Watching the penguin ..Only 6 pages 2 hours post game...Patsfans users don't give a **** apparently. All the band wagoners have run to the hills apparently
I'm more of a reader not a poster, but I have been with the Patriots since their inception in Boston.Only 6 pages 2 hours post game...Patsfans users don't give a **** apparently. All the band wagoners have run to the hills apparently
Sure seems that way huh? Best overall game Maye has played imo and crickets.Only 6 pages 2 hours post game...Patsfans users don't give a **** apparently. All the band wagoners have run to the hills apparently
IF Polk is active next week Mayo should be One and Done...I'm all in for Ben Johnson on Black Monday 2025.polk with two massive ****ups at the end of the game.
honestly, not taking the wind, and then not making them rekick a punt that landed at the 5, sometimes it feels like mayo is trying to throw games.IF Polk is active next week Mayo should be One and Done...I'm all in for Ben Johnson on Black Monday 2025.
Some likely want to avoid that poster’s BS and stay away. That could also be a factor imo.Sure seems that way huh? Best overall game Maye has played imo and crickets.

The one you quoted.What poster?
The strip sack really isn't on him. Thats on the line completely missing a block. Sometimes you have to expect a level of decent play and that was his blind side. Really don't know what he could have done about it really. Like he said get the ball out, and that might be a timer in head thing. Some random thoughts:
- I have said all along that I don't give a crap about wins or losses this year as long as they are developing Maye correctly. In fact, seeing some significant growth by Maye and the offense and losing may be better for the Patriots in the long run.
- I think if the Pats get a legitimate #1 WR, re-signs Hooper, and keeps the rest of the corp, I think they will have a pretty good receiving corp. Bourne, Pop, and Boutte are good enough #2s and #3s to round out a good receiving corp with a legitimate #1 who can draw away the best CBs.
- I am still not giving up on Polk or Baker yet. Baker has at least carved a role as returner. I think Polk has the talent to be a very good WR. He needs to grow up and get his head out of his arse. He may never do it, but his biggest problem is he does stupid things not that he cannot play.
- Good to see Barmore back. I think in a few weeks, once he gets back in football shape, he will be disruptive and change much of the defense.
- Maye is definitely making strides, but he still is doing stupid things. He didn't have the awareness on the strip sack. I am not sure that he would have hit Douglas on the INT if they were on the same page. He held onto the ball too long on that last sack. But overall, he played pretty well today. He cleans up some of this stuff and he can be a top QB in this league.
- AVP is a questionable OC (although he did a pretty good job today), but he is a great QB coach. The growth of Maye has been pretty impressive. A lot that is on Maye himself, but it is also on coaching by AVP.
- Mayo made some real questionable calls today. The biggest was taking 5 yards on the punt return penalty rather than re-kick. The Pats started on the 10 yard line. What are the odds with the Rams being pushed back that the Pats would start deeper in their end vs. the Pats starting with better field position or the same field position. And even if the Pats ended up 5 yards back on a rekick, wasn't it worth the risk?
His dancing is due to the fact his o line cant open any holes for him, so he has to go looking for one.Am I the only one who thinks Rham is not good.
He dances forever, he turns sideways immediately on short yardage, inside runs.
Gibson is much more nimble and shifty.
Rham barely gained 1 yard (or TFL) on most of his 1st down runs.
I know we can blame the OL too, but did you see Williams and even 5-foot-nothing Corum??
