Gone or outright Cut?? I don't think any Team is beating the doors down for any Patriots players.
Yes! They just signed another JAG of Minnesota PS.. ugh..I never seen a roster full of JAGs like we have..

Didn't they let Judon choose. Geniuses.
Hard Knocks added some context from the Bears’ side in that they were only willing to give up a third if Judon agreed to an extension. What was initially reported as letting Judon pick out of the goodness of their hearts could just have easily been Judon forcing his way to Atlanta by refusing the Bears’ extension terms.

Judon really needs to operate with an official agent.. I don't know what he was thinking.. if a teams willing to give a 30 something year old player extension then you do it.

Yeah, in the end it seems that way but Wolf also indicated they thought it was best for the team so I think they could have easily gone with the Bears and Judon would have been fine with it.

"We have to weigh now, the future, what's best for the team, what's best for the player," Wolf said, "and it was something that we just felt organizationally, and for Matthew, it was probably the best for both parties.

Seeing development with Boutte. Idk what they see in Polk.
Not ready to give up on polk or Baker.. next season is the true barometer.. get a real #1 in here I feel all the other WR'S can flourish with Drake.

Boutte looks good on that chart. If we’re able to get a #1 next year, Boutte could turn into a decent #2.
Boutte's coming along pretty well as he gets more and more comfortable with his repaired ankles.

Why can't pop run the inside rub routes that Ridley ran yesterday . I strongly feel coaching is pulling this team down.

Batted passes and the inability of our line to open passing lanes? The line always seems like they are on roller skates....and Maye is moving up in the pocket then running when there's a lane created by the pass rush.....

The front office whiffed on the OL in the offseason.. now that they have been ****ty all season they keep singing JAG after JAG. The draft is the only way I see this OL improving.

Yes. OL is top priority. Once strange comes back whenever that is. I'm curious to see where he plays. LG? C? Even though Benny Brown had a rough game Sunday I still believe he has a place on the OL he's played well last few weeks. The X revcier is crucial. Having the guy DC focus in on helps the entire offense. It's been lacking here for years. Having thar guy and I'd say add a slayton at WR would vastly improve at the skill positions. So OL upgrade, adding a Higgins and slayton would be immense.
???

I have exactly ZERO question with regards to where Strange plays when he is healthy. If he is healthy, he is by far the best LG that we have for 2024 and 2025.

Are you saying that you think that we should be starting Sow or Jordan over Strange?

I think Jordan has been "ok".. but there had been talk about stranger possibly playing C.. it's good he's working his way back. However it will take him the remainder if the season to get back to form.. he hasn't played football in nearly a calendar year. I just want the rest of the season to be about the young guys meshing with Drake.. we know we will be getting a top 5 pick.

There was some talk of him moving to center by Mayo. Is Ben Brown good enough to change that? Have our guards regressed again making LG make the most sense again?

Even with Brown coming off a rough start the answer is probably still yes to both.

There might be some future value in seeing what Strange can do at center. But I'm leaning toward putting him back in at LG.

I am surprised the practice window still hasn't started yet for him so probably still a few weeks away still.

I don't share your concern with the #16 player on our Practice Squad.

I have ZERO problem with using half the PS or more as potential developmental players and emergency backups.

I am certainly one that follows the roster, but often I don't know that names of half of the Practice Squad, and that's fine.

I was referring too the fact they signed another OL of another teams PS.

Tells me he's not fully ready yet. If so as you mentioned on the Practice window. It would have already started. Benny Brown hasn't been awful.. he's been good. If he can continue to hold down the C position the rest of the way he has a place on this team. It has to be all about the youth.. allowing guys to play get experience and all grow along with Drake.
