OT: BB robs the cradle!

Despite the obvious physical assets this young woman brings to the table, I will admit to preferring "we're on to Cincinnati" Bill.
Between the social media stuff, repeatedly trashing the Jets, and firing back at the Pats I am starting to think that BB is not interested in coaching again.

Work part time, smash my smoke show, tool on the Jets or work my self to death for a record I only give a **** about because Shula ran his suck at me.

Understandable. No team wanted him last offseason and I can't see that changing for a soon to be 73 year old coach.

Well, I hope he has an "Iron-Clad" Prenup. Not to mention if they do get married and then divorce, she'll unfortunately sell a million or more copies of a "Tell All" book about their relationship. Additionally, when my oldest son was in his 20's (he's now in his early 30's), he was less than enamored with women in his age group, even then. I just turned 60 early in October and my wife turned 50 this past May. Anything beyond 10 years is pushing it (with some exceptions). Fortunately, my wife was raised like I was and has the same likes and dislikes, values, etc. I wish Bill well, but these situations rarely work out well.
A prenup means nothing in Massachusetts, even if they marry out of state. If she wants to divorce him and has established or reestablishes residency in Massachusetts before she files, a judge can toss out the entire agreement, even if it contains a "choice of law" provision. What she is doing seems obvious to everyone but BB, but hey, I guess he can afford to lose half once the children arrive.

EDIT: One more thing. There are two tests for a prenup in MA. One is if the agreement was equitable at the time it was signed, and the second is whether the agreement is equitable at the time of divorce. Both questions are decided by the judge, who is given great latitude in making that determination.

Damn. I'm glad I moved out of MA in 2001!!! Thanks for the Intel!

I blame Mac Jones for no reason in particular just cause I feel like it

At first I thought this was a stupid comment. Then I thought, well, Mac arguably played a role in getting BB fired and he turned to this young woman for solace.

Nah, stupid comment.

Blaming Mac Jones for literally everything seems to be the thing to do around here for some. Just going with the crowd.

Also BB got BB fired.

I find it absolutely hilarious that supposed insiders at the Athletic think that the Pats would trade Godchaux or Dugger..

I also find it hilarious that teams would think that the Pats would trade Christian Gonzalez for anything short of the multiple 1st rounders, 1 of which a top 3.

You just have to use the right line.

“Hi, I’m Bill Belichick” seems to work.

More like you need the right balance in your bank account.

That's the only antidote I know of for getting that kind of catch to look past the moobs and rolls.

I never thought about that.. when some of these end up going to marriage the kids end up with a stepmom younger than them LOL
They could also lose a portion of their inheritance to their young stepmom.

If we are talking about it from a completely practical perspective there is no way this is anything close to immoral. I just find it kind of funny. But anyone talking about power imbalances and maturity gaps as for this being wrong on some way does need to take a step back. She is 24.

Even if she doesn't know 100% of the implications what she is doing, the power imbalance she signed up for or how the vast gulf in life experience between them may put her at a personal disadvantages....that isn't on Bill. That is on her. Completely totally on her with no excuses. I know we've allowed society to infantile people at older and older ages as we've advanced, but sorry at 24 you are out of excuses for any of your actions. Doesn't mean you can't ask for help of older more experienced people of course, but that is on you to do. No more training wheels.
Usually age is a factor but not always. Years ago there was a 17 yo hooker from Medford who had a 42 yo Tufts professor wrapped around her finger, right up until he beat her to death and put her in a dumpster never to be found. In that case he was the one at an emotional disadvantage.

The term that has always described this situation is that she's a gold digger. Is there some other reason than wealth that such a young and attractive women would team up with an old fart?

I just talked to my wife about it and it's one of the things we agree on, that no matter if we had a young daughter or son in that situation we wouldn't like it, but we'd try to be supportive.

Or maybe he knows that no team actually wants him.
It's too bad Bill wasn't like that when he was here.

I was thinking about prenups earlier and my thought was that they could be broken. I was going to look around but then you posted this. Thanks.

My wife and I never needed any advice on the subject of divorce or prenups in 46.9 years of marriage.
