Teams calling Pats about Gonzalez

Start the bidding at 3 first rounders and a starting quality OT.

It is pretty amusing. 'Trade your best player under 25'.

I think he's a 10-year starter level player, not necessarily like a perennial all-pro necessarily, but yeah, it would have to be a 1st round pick and a starting tackle at minimum.

No one's calling on Jonathan Jones then - him I'd part with for a 4th.

Have they gotten calls about Drake Maye?

Seems just as well advised to trade him.

OFC if the teams calling are willing to part with a safety chosen in the 2nd or 3rd round, a conditonal 5th and a long snapper then... oh wait. That was the last regime, NVM

If a bad team offered up two 1sts and a 2nd, the Patriots would not reject it imo. Point being, everyone sans Mahomes (maybe Allen & Burrow) could be had for the right price.

Worth maybe Josh Rosen, Sam Bradford, Josh Freeman, and a side of Ryan Leaf’s “life challenges minus the cell” combined. Should easily be worth all 4 since he’s so bad we had to wait for him to get up to the speed of the nfl. /kidding of course. I’d love to see Drakes worth now and again in 10 years.

If the 49ers can take Trent Williams and put him in a time machine to shave off 5+ years or so, find a way to turn injuries off on one of their top WRs like it’s a game of Madden in real life, and also add a high draft pick, would be willing to lend an ear for a Gonzo trade.

Add in Bosa and all ears. Should be easy enough and not too much to ask.

And do tell what 'bad' team do you think believes a corner will make all the difference and is going to trade the family farm for one?
The point being there isn't one

Could also interpret this as “up your offers by a lot” or also “he’s not for sale, but we really need impact players at THESE POSITIONS, so if you have one then maybe we can make something work”.

I would walk to Foxboro and kick Eliot Wolf square in the balls.

Gonzo should be as untouchable as Maye.

Get that **** outta here.
Gonzo is a foundational piece in the rebuild. Those players should not be for sale, especially for future considerations. Constantly churning players who are young leaders is not good for team culture. The only way the team should consider trading him is if they receive a similar player at a different position as part of the deal. The Gonzo of LTs would warrant a long hard look. That is not likely, so I am with you that Gonzo needs to stay.
