Osborne also wants out

Tolerated ? …. What? Winning? The team the envy of all pro sports? Hernandez? Spygate? Deflategate? Watergate? Exchanging 100 million into 7000 million? Kraft for all his successes got lucky. Extremely lucky. We are bound by the law of averages to suck for the next 5 years at least. Enjoy the ride. The first 40 were pretty cool. 20 year stretch unheard of.
Oh.. I agree with everything you said.. I'm talking about internally.. RK even saying bill was the biggest a hole in his life. Alot of times personality conflicts can exist but seldom get talked about becuase winning mask everything. I've enjoyed the ride and I'm fully bracing how it is now. Becuase I know we have a QB now and the future will be bright with Drake.

If Osborne has posted this , he needs to be traded or cut first thing tomorrow .

Polk need to be benched for next 3 games. Unofficial team wide insta/ social media policies will need to be established and strictly enforced.
I wonder if Osborne believes he is a member of Mayo's "players need to be held accountable" group, especially after his midweek demotion.
Regardless, the WR corp is a mess and devolving by day.
Boutte's time to shine ?
Become hard nosed, else the team will start to take a deep dive from the abyss we are in . I think you need to identify leaders who at least show the correct attitude and effort on field even if they don't have the talent.
Half the captain's are on IR.
Healthy captain Brissett accepts demotion like a true stable pony.
Maybe the long snapper can assert himself.
Get some run defense fatties whomsoever is available.
Wolf does not believe in quality depth
The next 6 weeks is audition for everyone to save their jobs including coaches.
Wonder how many more attempt to jump ship by Nov. 5
Hire an external media / communications expert who can coach both the coach as well as players into how to address media and not say more than what is needed.
Kraft inserted an attorney from the Kraft Group to aid the neophyte coach.
Her performance should be assessed.
Regarding the players' public voices, the inspirational mural was commissioned to empower our gridiron heroes, not stifle them.
You don't need to be belichick but no need to be an open book. Have too many problems already and don't want unnecessary media fueled controversies and team disarray.
Mayo apparently has a lust for self-inflicted wounds, he can't help himself
Mayo should go through a personalized leadership program for next 4 weeks on what to say and what not to say and how to be a leader and better NFL head coach .
Mayo went through an extensive leadership program at Optum, which according to Kraft, set him up to succeed at the executive level in the NFL.....so the Patriots have that going for them, which is nice.

I think you have to go back to 2007 to find a coach that was fired after just one year. I just don’t see RK admitting to that mistake after one year. I think we’re stuck with him for at least two.
The Texans fired their coaches after one season twice in the last few years.

Wow. Does anyone else here think that most wide receivers are Prima Donna’s ?? Must be impossible to draft good ones, they all thinking they are the next Moss or Rice without doing much. Oh well.. at least we don’t have to put up with boring Bill and his tyrannical demeanor, at least now we get to hear what the rookies really feel. Speaking of “feelings”… how we feel about being 1-6???? Ooohhhhhh yyyaaaaaa!!!
I have beaten this drum for years, and I said it was why Bill sucked at identifying, scouting, drafting, and developing young wideout talent. These guys come from a place they think there are the greatest thing sinced sliced bread. All their life they've been the most dynamic playmaker on whatever team they've been on, then they get to the NFL and they are a JAG. They can't fathom the change. Bill had no problem going to get veteran wideouts, with varying levels of success, but they were proven commodities. He knew the work ethic. So now, the WR room is full of young guys who aren't at the professional level yet, and there's no leadership in the locker room or on the coaching staff to give these guys a wake up call. Instead, we've got guys crying on social media and *****ing on instaface. The best, most dynamic player, is ill for most of the game, while other guys are calling players out about being up late or eating the wrong food. Hmmmmm.

They need a bloodletting. Cut dudes, get control of the locker room. But they have a player's coach who will want to turn the player around instead of firing malcontents. While I love the TV show Ted Lasso and the character/coach, I don't want to wait three years for Mayo to go from wanker to a guy they write books about. This is real life.

Really, what did we expect? 1st year coach, GM, coordinators, rookie QB and a bunch of unproven vet WRs or young guys who have no idea what it takes to be a professional WR in the NFL.

This is a team devoid of talent up and down the roster. You start cutting guys and what? Replace them with street free agents or third and fourth stringers?

Maybe. It's not like the drop off from what they have to some USFL, Arena League or Canadian player is that dramatic. I am not talking about cutting Randy freakin' Moss. Talking about some 4th thru 6th guy in his position group.

Mayo needs to be the guy in charge, it needs to be his voice in the locker room, not some malcontent player.

We'd have nothing to post about but post season positioning if we were 6-1, as opposed to 1-6. WINNING is the only cure!

It’s not BS. It’s real. Osborn posted this on his own page. The only thing Giardi “debunked” is that the guy texting him in the screenshot is not his agent as many are assuming - but KJ never said he was. Probably a friend or someone related to his agent. Regardless, Osborn posted the screenshot himself so he wants people to see this. Very much not good. Mayo has totally lost the locker room.
I'm reaching back into the pits of my memory and I cannot remember a Patriots coach that commanded less respect among the players.

You can't win with a coach like Mayo. Getting buy in and respect from the players happens early in a successful rebuild process. Name a coach that lost the locker room that got it back. There may be one, but I can't think of him.

Again, if the records were reversed the conversation would be different point blank.. you can blame Bill, Mayo, Parcells, Carroll, over the years whoever.. the whole objective is winning unites and losing doesn't.

He is way to laid back and you can never let your players say anything they want. You need to draw a line that they can't cross without some penalty. Otherwise you get this crap.
I asked this below, but I wonder if any coach has managed to regain the locker room after losing it....

Wasn't Osborn supposed to "weaponize" the offense? Franchise is a complete laughingstock
Excellent point, and it refocuses us a bit onto Wolf. He's been a fargin disaster too.

Lol keep dreaming. They aren't in the game of being hard nosed they probably getting the milk and cookies ready for them now. And coming up with all sorts of ways to try and make the next several weeks as easy and comfortable for everyone as they can.

Rehire Bill.

Mayo lost the locker room and I can't see him getting it back. Never heard of it happening. All of that has to come from new leadership. The players are feeling burned, lied to and backstabbed. The players who care see the chaos better than we do. They see guys stepping out of line and no consequences. They are thinking, "What a cluster****, when can I get out of here? This is terrible for my career. I can't establish myself, I can't get catches, carries, etc. I can't boost my own performance numbers for the future. I can't show I'm a key cog on a winning team." Mayo is done, and it's all denouement from now on.
