Might have been . We might have had few more interceptions. But we could see receiver development as well.

With brissett looks like our receiver development will get stunted. I see that as a bigger problem.

I believe Milton was inactive, and the emergency #3 QB, able to play only when both others are injured.

If he’s inactive, can he be activated if someone’s injured? Do inactives travel with the team on game day? Dress only when needed? Forgive my curiosity... Details like this are always interesting.

An inactive player cannot play with one exception.

Milton has had this special status - "Inactive emergency #3 QB". Milton could play if the #1 and #2 QB's are designated as injured. In that case, and only that case, Milton would play. Also, note that if Milton comes in, the other two QB's are out for the game and cannot return.

Finally, note that in order for Milton to take this status, he must be on the 53-man roster. A Practice Squad QB cannot be elevated to this status.
