People have been predicting that for about 25 years now.I get it, they're doing it because they can, but IMO it's a sign that the bubble's gonna burst.
I used to do whatever NFL+ used to be called, and they would have an option to watch without commercials and an option to play only when the ball was hiked. That was a fast way to watch a game!
I don’t think the bubble bursts. It’s the new generation. The game will change, it already has changed from the 70s. 10 years from now it will be the CFL/Arena league on steroids. 20 years from now We won’t watch on tv anymore, be all on your phone connected to our brains through some chip already in out brain. They’ll just take money out of our account. Do you want the full 8hr game with commercials at $1050.00 Blink once for yes, two for no. Do you want full game with added on field experience where you can go into the game as the starting qb without commercials for $14500.00 . Blink 3 times for yesblink 4 times for no .IMO we've hit the NFL's "jumping the shark" moment.
Too many commercials, no flow to the game.
Too many game days (Thu, Fri, some Sat, Sun, Mon) so it's no longer "event viewing".
It's become like MLB or NBA, so many games on so often that none seem important any more.
Shamelessly glomming onto Taylor Swift's fame.
Making some games "exclusive content" just to force fans to buy into yet another corporate platform they don't want.
I get it, they're doing it because they can, but IMO it's a sign that the bubble's gonna burst.
There is such a thing as too much of a good thing, and NFL is doing everything they can to be just that.

Wife just walked into the room asked me what I’m laughing at … population worldwide has started to decrease. Case in point !!!Once that happens it'll be the end of civilization because people will watch so much p0rn there won't be any babies being made.
Women should be happy with that scenario because they'll finally make more money then men...Wife just walked into the room asked me what I’m laughing at … population worldwide has started to decrease. Case in point !!!
What's the old joke.......Does everyone here enjoy a little football while watching commercials???
