Other than that, defense obviously playing a perfect game thus far. OL has its limitations but doesn’t look like a dumpster fire. Jacoby has HIS limitations but he’s protected the ball and made just enough plays for us. Running very well. Solid St. limited penalties, no big turnovers or disaster plays. VERY clean operation thus far, thats all i asked for. Now i really really want a win
Dave Andrews is such a stabilizing influence. And Layden Robinson is pancaking people. Incredibly physical. And Michael Jordan is playing well. LT not a dumpster fire. At least with Lowe in there. Well done, boys!
Defense has been playing pretty fantastic for the most part. Seems to be almost exclusively single coverage on Chase with Gonzalez to this point. White has 1.5 sacks and a forced fumble, and Cincinnati has zero running game, defensive line is holding up incredibly well.
Also Dugger worth every penny. Time to stop calling barmore our only real playmaker on d. Dugger saved a td on the geisicki play then saved it again by forcing a fumble. He’s quietly came up with timely turnovers thats hard to notice with us sucking horribly the last 2 years
So if the current scores hold, and the Jets lose tomorrow night at San Francisco (likely) ... the Patriots would have a 1 game lead over the entire AFC East in week 1 lol
You're either a competent coach or you're not. There's no middle ground. We really lucked out with Mayo who has just hit the ground running. He was born for this, right down to bleeding the clock and calling timeout with just 2 seconds left.
