Seems like they kept more receivers than I expected. At the start of camp I thought they would keep one of Raegor, Tyquan and Boutte but they kept all 3.

You make a corresponding cut after you get awarded a claim no need to do it early

ok, thank you for the info. can you explain to me how the waiver wire works? I know every team has to make a claim or pass on the player, but if we get a guy and we also have a claim on the next player does the waiver go to the next highest team that put a claim in? I have never thought about the WW because we were winning and the last 5 years I had other stuff going on.

The other tricky thing is im pretty sure gonzo and m jones are the only proven ones under contract beyond this year, and even they have only had so many actual cb experience to judge off of .

This is why you should keep Wade around. The fact that he was cut means they believe he's not very good.

They can make a waiver claim regardless of where they're at roster wise.. They would just have to release a player the next day if they were at 53, as you know.
