I thought these were being measured electronically this preseason?

the technology is in some stadiums but not all, from what I have read

One thing that always gets me on a 4th and 1 is when the defensive team stands over the ball on a close call.

The ref coming over had to walk around our guy who was standing there, and that made all the difference for the 1st down.

The ref spotted it short but had to step around our guy, which made him change his spot.

You would think they'd somehow watch out for that

Looked like they got the first initially, then it looked like it was getting spotted short and then they got the first down.

I don’t think this gets changed. I understand the challenge in a preseason game but you wouldn’t do this in a regular season game on the second half.

I know it is all tied together, but the problem isn't with measuring, its with spotting.

It's not the stadium's obligation, it's the NFL's obligation. All systems of measurements and judgements fall under the NFL's purview.

I don't think Lowe has been terrible, but he makes me sooooo nervous.
