Boutte couldn't quite haul that one in. Slye hits the 42-yard field goal just inside the left upright. Good to see them finish off this drive, and nice to get a look at Slye in tough conditions.
Good thing he's got a cannon, which is certainly a big difference from a Mac Jones or Bailey Zappe. Defensive backs are more apt to drop lasers than more easily thrown ones.
He's going to be fun to watch and it will be good to have him in the off chance the next three years go as bizarrely as the last three. One can only hope that's not the case.
