Week 1 maybe. If he finishes as the starter we have a problem. The offense is going to be behind the defense.
Maye is a 21 year old rookie.
Brissett was always going to be the starter, but there’s a lot of time from now until week one.
Maye won't be game 1 starter but we all expect him to be at some point this season.Week 1 maybe. If he finishes as the starter we have a problem.
Add: Scott Peters might be the hire of the year.Wallace practicing at LT and doing okay
Wrs are making plays on the ball - Thornton making plays with pads on
JuJu is out
Zappe is out
Maye is going to be up and down, he has so much to learn. Media is out of control with their nonsense.
Sign Judon, sign the dt whose name I cannot spell.
Brisket is gonna be good enough. I expect this team to be fun this year.
The real test is when they start lining up against other teams in joint practices. We have no idea what we have on the DL with both Barmore and Judon out. Hopeful for positive signs for both, but wont be getting my hopes up anytime soon.Add: Scott Peters might be the hire of the year.
If the #1 Line can really pass and run block at an average NFL level he's earned his pay.
I think Thornton is our best WR tbh. He’s having his best camp of his career.
Pop is our BEst WR and don't forget it!I think Thornton is our best WR tbh.
Next year is when I start thinking it's a problem. At what point do Maye's accuracy problems become a concern? I was prepared for rookie mistakes, things attributed to the noggin' but accuracy issues wasn't something I was ready for. Every day there's reports of hospital balls, balls overthrown, balls thrown behind. I'm sure it's a product of his footwork but at some point it's gotta get cleaned up a bit, right?
Depends how good the team around him is. This isn't singles tennis. We'll be picking Top 3 again if Biscuit is.
Yeah.Next year is when I start thinking it's a problem.
I go back to an earlier post on how bad Josh Allen was his rookie year. He completed 52%, had 10 TDs and 12 picks, had a rating of 67.9, 2074 yards. He was bad. I think we'd all take the guy now, even though he hasn't won chit. I think everyone needs to be super patient with Maye and let him become what he could be.Yeah.
Give the kid 2 Training Camps to develop, no matter if he rides the bench this year or gets some games.
We knew he was a project, this is a bunch of silliness.I go back to an earlier post on how bad Josh Allen was his rookie year. Most of the off target stuff seems to be timing throws. Which is as you say attributed to the noggin, fixed when he can process everything a heartbeat faster. I'm not concerned at all at this point. At what point do Maye's accuracy problems become a concern?
