I know I have been labeled as anti-Bill but overall I am nowhere close to "anti-Bill". We don't win 6 rings with any other coach here. Point blank. With that being said he isn't infallible and this notion that all the poor decisions were forced on him is just laughable. Mac, Juju, not paying/retaining guys. All were some elaborate scheme by Kraft to take Bill down because Kraft really is just a guy willing to cut off his nose to spite his face.
Absolutely positively agree. I've been told I'm anti- bill as well. Of course I'm not. I share your same points also. I believe that's his apologists like Lombardi and others spewing that hot garbage.

Bill ran everything and knew every players, coaches, staffers contract. Absolutely we don't win 6 without Bill pushing brady to be great. Fact is without the QB even a legendary coach cannot make up for that.

Bill ran the team

Shows you where Parker’s dedication to his job was.

Looks like he was just coasting as long as he could get away with it.
Yeah brother. The whole offense was coasting last season right out to the Atlantic.

One of my absolute least favorite athletes of all time. Will never forget his lack of accountability after the drop vs the Raiders, which was maybe the single best ball Mac ever threw in a Patriots uniform.

Not gonna say my disdain approaches Kyrie level, but Parker is very high on my **** list.

His fingertips nonsense really rubbed me the wrong way. Especially after Jakobi Meyers stood there and answered every question with zero attitude and full accountability while on the verge of tears after the Raider game debacle. Between Parker, Wynn, Trent Brown, Jack Jones, JC Jackson, and Klemm going MIA Bill really had some turds in the punchbowl his last few years.

From my recollection. Parker had probably 3 solid games in 2 seasons. Where he was compensated as a #1. I remember last off season he had an attitude about the whole D hop scenario when he was asked by the media. I agree with that defi turds! Klemm we all know was fired that "taking a leave for health related reasons " was BS. Bill knew he was likely out so he started getting rid of guys.

Well isnt that insult to injury lmao otc had us paying a 6.3m dead cap hit to him this year. Does this change that?

We shall see, but to clarify, we don't "pay" cap hits. Cap is just accounting. Cap is not cash.

We are #1 in free cap space with $50M free, so it's not a big issue one way or the other.

As usual, people just love the Bill vs Bob vs Tom arguments.

In fact all three made mistakes at various points, but the reality is we've just enjoyed the most successful dynasty in NFL history so those mistakes were minor.

Clearly, no one gets all the credit for the dynasty and no one gets all the blame for it ending, yet the arguments continue with no end in sight.

Your not wrong. I believe some things were just believe alluded to some players juju for example bill reportedly weren't in on. When your a GM you job is to sign players. No one is going to ever believe otherwise.

Talk about a Bust WR draft.

6 WRs were taken in the 2015 1st round and the Pats had 3 of them and nearly 4.

pick # 4 Amari Cooper - Stud
# 7 Kevin White - bust
# 14 Devante Carter - bust
# 20 Nelson Agholor - bust
# 26 Breshard Perriman - bust (NE was rumored to be interested)
# 29 Philip Dorsett - bust

Pick # 69 Tyler Locket - Stud
# 146 Stefon Diggs - Stud

Zappe would have made them all pro bowlers by week 5 when he takes over the league.

Decent career, I don’t really have anything particularly bad to say about the guy other than he was overpaid and given too big of a role here. Not gonna rag on him; best of luck to him.

Good decision IMO.
Eagles were gong to pay him 1.2 million.
For most of his 9 years he was never the #1 ... yet made big coin (rip Frank)

He has career earnings of 54 million ???
Best of luck to him transitioning ...
