Yes he is a football player who has spent a lot of time playing and training for football. My opinion is based on the amount of media attention generated by CW's social media presence. Based on the multiple posts in this thread expressing similar concerns about CW being very self absorbed and the fact that a players commitment to football can be the difference between success and failure as an NFL QB. The bottom line is that the conclusion that CW has other priorities larger that football is a logical conclusion, not a reach. At least as compared to the other top QBs in the draft. You don't have to agree, just don't pretend that my opinion isn't valid.

Maybe all these days and months of pride are there to, I don't know, try to have one nice day to say they exist, they're human, they're happy to be who they are when every other day they have to deal with hate, fear, ignorance, violence, and potentially death. I've been kind of 'meh' on this kid for awhile now.......recent history has sort of shown the top QBs get all the hype, and it's usually one or two of the mid guys that have a breakout

but after seeing just how bad this kid triggers folks, I'm starting to get on the bandwagon.........I really, really want him to do well at this point.....

I still think some of the "mid' guys are going to do better than the a few at the "top" (staring squarely at Maye & Daniels), but I truly hope Chicago doesn't kill this kid.......hoping for a long, successful career (except vs the Pats)......and hoping he continues to build his brand and pushes a few boundaries, just to watch the old heads and the triggered snowflakes squirm and whine
