No, they’re not slipping.
The Cavs game was pretty flukey. They have 15+ point leads often so some weird stuff like that is inevitable.
But if you want to know why they seem so shaky, look at:
-Away Minnesota
-Away vs OKC
-Away vs Milwaukee
-Both games vs Denver
Arguably all of their most challenging games they’ve lost. And more concerning is the way they lose when they’re not comfortably outclassing the other team.
Tatum is horrendous in crunch time, playing a stupid hybrid point guard role. And he takes moronic last-second shots, hence their poor record on last-possession games.
The Boston Celtics go away from White in the clutch. Why?

Brown must shoot less than 20 fgs per game and stop shooting contested 3s.
They need to run their offense through their two great point guards instead of the stupid J&J-orchestrated offenses they always revert to against the best opponents. For whatever reason, these two stop moving the ball and ruin the offensive flow. If they play a tough playoff series, they’re toast if they become the Tatum Panic Drill in the closing minutes.
And the significant factor: no matter how good they are as a 5, Jokic-Murray is the best 2.
