I don't think it was an organized plan.

As far as the worst teams in the league, that ****'s gotta stop. Worst offense, yes. But this isn't the Rod Rust Patriots and it's sure as eff not the Jete. Players will go where the money is.

We had a good defense with poor QB play last season. So in others eyes somehow made us the worst team in the league wich is BS.. I feel like the defense projects to be better this season, and the offense will be leaps and bounds better In my opinion. Agreed players follow the $$$$

Fields would be a minor upgrade on Zappe. We're past that.

Fields might cost us a Fourth right now we could use him as a Running QB that he excels at.

Crazy that Jacksonville is a better destination for FAs than NE these days. I dont blame him. Who in their right mind would prefer to be thrown the ball from Jacoby Brisset/Bailey Zappe/Draft Pick than Trevor Lawrence... and I don't even rate Lawrence very highly.

Yeah never understood the thought process that someone would bring him in as an expected starter. To compete maybe, but outside playing decent the last few games of the year he has been less than good.

Up the Ante Wolf...Ridley probably don't want to be part of a rebuild can't blame him but money $$$$$ talks. WR's after QB's is the most important part of a NFL Offense.

That said, it doesn't mean it's wrong. I imagine Jacksonville has a 'close enough' deal ready to go if he doesn't get stupid money.
