Vrabel and a modern GM would be pretty good. He’s a top 10 HC & has aggressive tendencies. The OC hire would be important obviously.

All signs are pointing to BB staying. I doubt Vrabel becoming available changes anything. If you were that in love with Vrabel then why didn’t you let BB go and trade for him? We’re talking about the CEO of your franchise here. Then again, I’m easily swayed by all of the leaks and stories, so what they **** do I know? What I do know is One Patriot Place currently has a lot of dysfunction and by the time they make decisions, I hope it is clearly sorted out.

asap isn't possible for HC. There is an extended NFL process, that can't start for a couple of weeks.

HOWEVER, Vrabel could be hired as a consultant for now.

One issue is that hiring Vrabel would likely mean the end Mayo, unless Mayo is given a major promotion. For example, I believe that he could be promoted to Asst Coach.

Like others said not my preference but you can do ALOT worse than vrabel. I definitely think he’s capable of winning a sb with a top 10 qb and good roster around him if we can achieve that in a couple years.

The plus to vrabel is I think we’d keep the current defense in place which would cut our rebuild task in half if we can just work on offense.

Who is? Not a criticism, just curious. Other than Harbaugh, he’s clearly the most accomplished of the potential candidates. There’s a lot to like with Vrabel and maybe he could convince Arthur Smith to return as his OC.

Them winning a Playoffs game and better Drafting overall its not that hard. The Titans are making a Big Mistake here jump on it RK!!
