I was actually really kind of floored by how good Mayo's answer was to the question. Worth listening to the original audio if you can find it. Guregian kind of jumped him and put him on the spot, and he gave a multiple minute answer about leadership and self-reflection off the cuff. He's really quite a person.

Assuming the Pats get Maye or Daniels and the QB hits on his potential, and also assuming they fix their LT problem, this is a manageable schedule at first glance. The only games that jump out to me as really tough are the away games at SF and Cincinnati. Otherwise I think the defense can handle most of these offenses as they're constructed in 2023, especially at home for several of them. So mostly comes down to offensive improvement.
