I don't understand what you are asking?
You said that not all fumbles result in turnovers. Which is true. I only said that challenges come into play when someone thinks it's not a turnover or should have been a turnover.

Yeah I don't get what your saying. Field position, first downs, completions just to name a few other reasons to challenge.

And actually the point I've been trying to make is that plays that are turnovers are not challengeable and they can only be initiated by the booth. On the flip side plays that aren't turnovers but should have been a turnover are challengeable and I think that's one of the things that's been confusing you.

My problem is there are sites all over that interpret the rules the way I do, that the league website is no help since clearly things that fall under article 2 (like spotting the ball) are challengeable, so even if you're right, everyone is still confused. Not only me.

So what we're left with is that the league deliberately chose not to review a fumble that wasn't.

Yeah the NFL doesn't do itself any favors
 
Sad when one of the bigger highlights of your season is realizing that Tavi and Bryant are actually serviceable and are worthy of roster spots.
