Not debating the offside call, as Toney clearly lined up in the neutral zone, but I do understand why players and coaches are upset by the lack of consistancy with penalty calls.

not going to argue this...

Would have been perfectly happy with the bills getting screwed over too

100% there is lack of consistency but in this case they're different IMO.

Assuming that the blue line is the correct LOS for both cases...on the Von Miller one in realtime it was very close and hard to tell for sure if his arm went down before or after the snap. That was a subjective call. IMO if it was reviewable it would have stood as there is no conclusive evidence to overturn the ref decision to not flag this play. The Toney one was not subjective, he was clearly lined up in the neutral zone and the ref threw the flag on the snap.

Looks like everyone is going to be pulling for a Patriots win
The Kermit meltdown has people hating even more on KC now
I was just gonna say that I never had the country cheering on the Patriots over Kermit's Chiefs on my bingo card anytime soon but it looks like it's probably happening. Crazy...

I like how Allen didn't say a word to Mahomes after Kermit met him and then embarrassed himself cursing out the refs instead of congratulating Allen on the win.

I stand corrected. I saw a breakdown of the play and Miller was not offside. Also I have to remember that the blue line they show is not official.

C'mon - you're being disingenuous. You know the difference between a 71.5 QBR and a 122.7 Rating (Both Browning's stats for the game) - the latter people mostly pay attention to which is very very good. TB12 only got higher than that once during the last Pats SB winning season. Allen had a 47.9 QBR / 68.8 rating and Mahomes had a 27.3 QBR / 74.9 rating yesterday.

As you know, having a WR1 opens it up for others, which is why Brownie was able to throw for 275yds 2TDs 1INT. Game before that, Chase had a pretty spectacular game (11rec 149yds 1TD), so all the focus moved to him, I'm guessing. We'll see in the long run what kind of QB Brownie is.
Aidan O'Connell from the Raiders has better weapons than Browning does and looks like hot garbage. Attributing competent play to weapons has no basis in fact. Weapons can enhance already good QB play, they won't make a bad QB good.

This guy does a good job breaking down the play and lip reading Kermit's temper tantrum.

I stand corrected, I guess Kermit did congratulate Allen before he started his temper tantrum.

Still doesn't change the fact that he looked like a punk ass *****

You mean when every WR on the team is hurt except Juju and Thornton?

Get Parker, Douglas and Bourne back you had a pretty good set of weapons.

They just never had a QB, we'll see if Zappe is that guy moving forward.
Give Zapp KB and Douglas he'd have more to work with. Are we still going to play with essentially 1 RB.. it's a matter of time before Zeke goes down too.

IMO his frustration was over his league leading in drops WR'S. As great as he is even he can only do so much when you don't have the guys.. what's he think he's Brady or something.. LOL.

As bad as things look in KC, they sport the 8th ranked offense and 5th ranked defense.

I don't want anymore wins, but a competitive game would be OK.
Even if Hell frozen over and they won out. They still picking in the 1st round.

KC will come in here with chip on shoulder….their defense is very good and they blitz a lot and successfully….with our wet paper bag OL…Zappe will be either running for his life or have no time to throw with receivers that have trouble separating at all. Our D may slow down Mahomes but has trouble getting pressure and sacks….I still see this as a KC win here….hope I am wrong!
What happened to Uche? This guy was a menace last season. He has to be dealing with something? They guys that have been out there have done well.. Jennings is a force. But yes KC coming off 2 losses and we are the perfect landing spot for them. Mahomes will have his way with an automatic 1st down each time he targets JC Jackson. KCs defense is finally good after years of mediocrity. I still think our defense is better.

No Judon.

Kelce - JC. He can’t cover deep anymore but he can still press & probably get in Kelce’s head
Rice - Jonathan Jones

The pats should be able to make this a game IMO
