Trashmore: Anything good for you, Mounds, Almond Joy, sour patch anything.

I do not subscribe to the trend of candy corn sucks. A little goes a long way, however.

I'd put Almond Joy alone on Mt. Rushmore, my favorite candy

I may owe an apology to Payday bars. Definitely at least backup Rushmore, and perhaps tops among non-chocolate-containing bars.

M&Ms of all types get elevated a bit in a warm climate like south Florida. If you pass out chocolate bars they will be liquified by the time the kids get home, so M&Ms are the only chocolate delivery device that makes sense here.

M&Ms are another winner. I especially liked the dark chocolate and hazelnut varieties. Peanut butter and peanut varieties are good too.

I used to think that too until they changed the recipe and made it much much worse (in my opinion, anyway).

I would submit Spice Drops and anything black liquorice or black liquorice-adjacent for a spot on Mt. Trashmore.
