I hope they give him a legit shot at QB. If you're line can't block it's a good idea to have a QB that can run. This fanbase needs something to be excited about right now and Cunningham was exciting in the pre-season.

I'm here for letting all the young players play, hopefully he and Thornton can bring some speed to the offense.

Now that's is what I'm talking about. Someone who sees it realistically. The team is smart enough to know when they have an athlete. Of course he's not a finished product but there is something special about his abilities. Cunningham abs is the guy that could give us the fans excitement. Sorely lacking from this organization. Cunningham is symbolic of the NFL in 2023 and beyond athletic ability at the QB position. Honestly I hope to see him sometime this season! He would be the only thing to be excited about.

Fair point, but if they’re dead set on converting him to WR, you’d think they would have changed his designation to WR, or at least announced the signing as WR, not QB. Not sure if it’s just marketing.

you know ****s bad when were excited about the prospects of an undrafted QB turned WR being signed to the main roster to line up with our 6th round WR as a hopes to spark the offense.

We are all imagining scenarios where he gets on the field to play QB. Nobody cares about him being a WR.

Agreed. I've like many fans have come tot realization we suck and aren't going anywhere. Cunningham and hearing him extended was the best news to me. I'd want to see him strictly at QB for entertainment purposes.

He has elite speed, great athletic ability. Your right we are devoid of playmakers at all positions on offense. It's too bad it didn't work out here for Mac.. I think it is a Matter of time before we see him behind center.

The only way I'd want to see him at WR is for him to come back behind the line of scrimmage after the ball is hiked, have Mac throw it to him and Cunningham throws it downfield to an open receiver for 6!!!
