That sucks for Ford-Wheaton. I really liked him as a dark horse.. Now it won't be until the end of next year that we see what he can do..

Haha..
Be more predictable, you can’t. Do you need some Ibuprofen after twisting yourself into a pretzel while one figuring out a way to turn a post that had nothing to do with the Pats into a criticism about BB? If Brady had been injured and they didn’t have a competent backup, you would have taking a shot at him for that, too. Many teams with high level starting QB in their prime have had success turning developmental QBs into valuable draft capital. Also, it would have been idiotic for the Pats to not draft a QB of the future after Brady passed the age of 35, regardless of how it turned out. This shouldn't be a dig at Dak. Bill was wasting picks during the Brady years taking O'Connell (3rd round) in 2008, Ryan Mallett (3rd round) in 2011, Jimmy G (2nd Round) in 2014 and Brissett (3rd round) in 2016.
It's "amazing" how many of the folks that tell you how they know this guy or that guy was wrong or right for the Pats to draft never let us know before the draft happens. It's one of the benefits of seeing who participates in the draft forum here. Say what you want about @captain stone, he tells you what his impressions are during the college season and in the leadup to the draft, so when the eruption happens you understand why he reacts the way he does, something i respect a lot even when I disagree with his takes.Be more predictable, you can’t. As always, you and the rest of the Pats Fans Fellowhip of the Miserable are GM geniuses as long as you already have the answers to the test. Bill couldn’t assume that Brady would do what no QB in the modern era had done, ie. continue to play at a high level after the age of 40. You probably have no idea about the success rate of QBs drafted on day 3 over the past 20 years so I’ll give you a hint: It is similar to you as a Patsfans poster (scroll down for answer).
It f*cking sucks.

Sneaky good potential pickup..especially with Reid’s play calling.
I get it, but he won’t have the pressure of being the starter in KC.Dunno. I watched him a bit for the Colts and Commanders. He hasn’t looked good in a long time.
