The Littles Billy & Nicky Caesario actually trade UP for this predicted bust, 2 years after Cyrus the Virus and 3 years after Glitch Richards were taken in similar spots... Just what the **** was going on up there?
You could literally make an all bust team on both sides of the ball for BB misses

@Kontradiction .....did you see that the Colts have named Richardson as QB1.......is this a good or bad thing !
I don’t think it’s good but we will see. He has all the physical tools necessary but he’s going to be in for a tough year because the mental part of his game still needs to be honed in.

Interesting how it went from a 96 percent rate of approval in 2016 by the Native American population to "about half" approving of the name. I wonder what the cause was that changed the perspective of a population that would (should) have taken similar polls within a four year span.
According to the article, a lot of it had to do with methodology. As an example:

* The 2016 study had participants telling a human whether they were "offended," "indifferent," or "not bothered."
* The 2020 study had participants filling out a form, and answering on a 1 to 7 scale if they agreed with the statement that the name was offensive (1 = "strongly disagree" to 7 = "strongly agree").

Yeah. That's expected when a Coach has been at the helm of a team for 24 years. So 24 drafts and 216 draft picks I'm pretty sure that would happen for anyone. Feel free to show us the results for Don Shula during his tenure with the Dolphins. Or maybe Tom Landry with the Cowboys.

Not when the name has ALWAYS been derogatory and a slur. You can always find a group that will, for the right price, defend the indefensible

Snyder was a HORRIBLE owner and a worse human being, but the "redskins" had to go
You really should do some research on it. The Redskin logo was a depiction of an actual person, a person highly reveiered as one of the greatest Indian Warriors.

His name was Blackfeet Chief Two Guns White Calf. And the term Redskins as far as history tells it was coined by the Indians themselves.

"The deep, rich history behind the name, the myth that it means bloody scalps or something derogatory is what we're trying to dispel," NAGA adviser and Kiowa Tribe member Billy Dieckman told "Fox & Friends First" on Tuesday. "It's a status symbol for elite warriors."

"Our fight is to reinstate this because it was taken away without consulting us, without any of our approval," Dieckman said.

"The imagery that you see is that of Chief Two Guns White Calf," he continued. "That's a real person. There's a lot of times they say you need to get rid of your mascot. We don't have a mascot. That's a real person that was gifted to the Redskins in the NFL by the Blackfoot tribe as a forever gift. That's one of the greatest warriors of all time."

It was never derogatory to anyone except white folks telling others what they should be offended by.

When this was being discussed I thought Red Wolves was the best option. It’s not offensive, allows them to use their burgundy and yellow (not gold) colors, and gives them the opportunity to have some nice looking fun imagery (such as the one the Bears have).

As he always did, Snyder screwed it up. He was hot garbage from start to finish as an owner. I can see why “Cokie” Irsay, Haslem, the Bidwells and Spanos’, and Steven Ross were happy to have Snyder around so that their ineptitude seems more normal compared to “Pee Wee” Snyder. With him gone it’s a new chance to cause aggravation for “ThanksGrandpa” Mara, which is never a bad thing.
I honestly thought the Washington Football Team was the best FU to the league and all the perpetually offended.

Then like everything else Snyder had to screw it up.

But whenever they next practice with them will be the 2nd time; so...?
I don't think the Jets are going to fly as high as they and many others think they will.

I think they finish 4th in the division. Tua's head getting scrambled (dude should have retired) for one final time could bump them to 3rd. But coaching matters as we know. And all I see in hard knocks is AR getting sucked off by all of them. That is not good.

Also, note when the HC asks another coach if he had ever heard anyone articulate the game better than AR; and then answering his own question, with I haven't, doesn't bold well, IMO.

Another potentially bad one for the Dolphins.

This is why I always get so much anxiety during training camp and preseason

The NFL landscape can change dramatically with 1 or 2 major injuries

Can go from contender to middle of the pack quickly

Yep and next man up is...Wynn. A line that has struggled over the past few years just got worse. Atleast for the short term depending on the severity.

Holy ****. The Dolphins are going to be starting every other drive at 1st and 20 thanks to a Wynn false start or holding.
