As an alternative we could go off at 10AM eastern. First 3 are all on the board. As soon as one makes a pick they @ the two who haven't and the next person on the board who comes in line. It will create confusion as I could see players selecting the same guy back to back but whoever has the post in first wins and the other person has to pick again.
