Mac is mediocre. Bill is mediocre without Brady. Can someone remind me what BB’s head coaching record is all time without Brady?

How many head coaches do you seeing actively coaching his team on the sidelines during games? The majority of his past and current players speak about how good of a coach he is. This narrative that he’s mediocre is mind numbingly stupid.

Bill scoffs and tells him to prove it or something worse Mac goes to agent and trade talks commence.

Bill scoffs, and asks “what did you do to elevate the team last year?”

Bill then adds “Respect is earned not given. When Tom was our franchise QB he was competing for his job everyday. The fact that we’re having this conversation just shows you don’t get what it takes to be a franchise QB.”

Bill then picks up phone…

Trade Mac to who and for what? As part of a package to land Lamar Jackson then go for it. I don't know, who wants him based on what he's shown the league so far. Maybe one of the AFC or NFC South teams... Titans, Colts, Bucs. Mac isn't going to rejuvenate a franchise.

After you trade Mac, unless you're getting another starting QB in return, then I suppose you're going with Zappe. There are no FA QBs left worth anything at all... unless they persuade Brady to come back for a season or two.

I thought about the Brady route that could save face times 100.
I don’t see it happening though.
Looking at a QB being drafted in the first few rounds.

Honestly I was a bit surprised BB had been so quiet about that Mac's incident so long. Being experienced with rebellious players he was punishing them almost immediately. Mac's behaviour and screaming for help outside the organization gave BB reason to get rid of him. Bill is not a gracious type of man and to me it was a matter of time when he shows who is the boss.
We do not exactly know it is the real plan to trade Mac or not. However Bill please you better have plan B in case of Mac's departure.

I used to be gullible once too. Then I looked at how many of these stories from "accredited sources" turned out to be false, and how rarely anyone in the media admitted they reported falsehoods, and how little the readers seemed to notice or care how often the media reported falsehoods.

PS: Don't believe everything everyone sends you in email either!

I mean, that's what 99% of sports reports are. "Per a source with knowledge of the situation." That's all we're gonna get. Do you expect the Patriots employee to go on-the-record?

Always find it hilarious when people dismiss "anonymous sources". That's the foundation of investigative journalism - not that I would call some of the sports talkers that but it's just par for the course.

if florio which he claims is a credible journalist not some tabloid news getter, (insert eye rollhere ) ... then name the source but no name sources are as good as the tooth fairy and santa claus
