Wilson was so-so, but McMillan was solid. He will be over a full year post-ACL injury now as well. There COULD be some untapped potential here still.

Neither McMillan nor Mack Wilson performed up to my hopes last season, but I don't mind giving both of them another chance here next season to permanently unseat Jalopy Tavai. We should also try to add a rangy LB in the draft as well.

Tavai was half way decent at the end of the season. The issue is that Tavai is so so slow.

I also like Daiyan Henley, Demarvion Overshown & Dorian Williams, though they - as well as Jack Campbell - might go too early for our grasp unfortunately... Diabate might be within range however.

Good points. What I'm trying to figure out is how someone can look at a new baby and decide to name him "Raekwon." Sounds like a character from Star Wars.

Agree. We need freaking speed and playmaking at LB. Thumpers like Bentley, Tavai and McMillan ain't that.

Absolutely, I like McMillan. He like peppers were guys coming off ACLs.. he played more and more and made plays as the season went on.. he's an important piece going forward in the LB corps.

Yes, we've always had those types of guys on defense.. I believe peppers resigns also especially with Dmac retired he can help fill a leadership role..

Yeah those guys were very athletic and having an ACL it's said it takes about 18 months to have 100% strength and mobility back.

Edmunds is looking to get paid.. he'd be great here! I believe we are going to sign a Veteran LB like a Kendricks or someone of that caliber..

I doubt we'll see a spending spree like we did in 2021 this year (or maybe ever again, that was a pretty specific circumstance), but they make periodic free agency splashes at regular intervals it seems. Think Rosevelt Colvin, Adalius Thomas, Stephon Gilmore, Darrelle Revis to a lesser extent, etc. So if they really like Edmunds, I could see them making him their big ticket name. Could also be a high end OT, or maybe if they do trade for Hopkins, that's their big "signing". But they're not averse to spending top of market for guys they like, they just don't make a yearly habit.
