Some people aren't waiting, and I don't hate mahomes. I don't even hate the hype. What I hate is the 'crowning' of him that isn't even premature, it is unjustified in any universe up to this point. Also, I think he plays up his injuries a bit much, but not nearly as bad as some players I've seen. It's also the air of him being superman which is really don't like. He makes some incredibly plays, but they fail often enough and he also makes mistakes going for them at times or passes up the easy play for a difficult one he misses. It's like he wants the highlights over the game almost. I know it isn't a conscious choice, but it's how he's wired. He has that gunslinger in him that wants to force it.

I wouldn't compare him to Rodgers for instance who I know cares desperately about his stat sheet, and listening to him talk about his lack of ints and TD/Int ratio is so bad. Mahomes ins't that, he just wants to force the hard play.

Yep the media want to tell you that Mahomes, Burrow and Allen are basically 3 QBs on the same level i don't see it that way at all i see Mahomes at a level above both and now doing it having been paid and without Hill.
