Like, if Stidham turns into a good starter I’m happy for him. But I’m not angry a guy who couldn’t beat out Hoyer for snaps was let go. If NKeal Harry suddenly turns into the best WR in the league I can’t be mad at not holding onto him.

Hasn’t that been there MO all season ? They’ve stunk up until it was time to make an improbable run to win by less than a TD. Kinda their thing.

Stidham’s issues were never his physical talent. He’s got more of that than Mac Jones. His problem was a lack of leadership skills and a tendency to poop himself when he got pressured, this was true his last year at Auburn and all through his time with the Pats.

I think Carr will have options galore after the Raidahs release him. I would not be surprised to see him in SF or NY next season. I also wouldn’t be surprised to see him re-sign with Vegas.

Unless Stidham completely breaks down in the second half I don't know how the Raiders sign Carr again.

After watching a lot of mediocre football today (patriots included) it does offer a level of optimism to know only a handful of teams are really in much better position than the Pats. Make the obvious offensive adjustments next year and this team is right there. Mainly because a lot of teams are very meh
