You are playing a high powered offense, you get the ball before the half and call run plays and leave no time to even try to get a TD...almost like they are playing for a FG. Beyond stupid coaching.
McDaniels never got the credit he deserved either for having the right plays in the critical moments. Patricia just calls nonsense because he doesn't understand anything besides basic concepts. I'm convinced he just calls runs because he feels like he has to.
Would’ve used time. In retrospect he should’ve, five yards would’ve made a difference. But he had no way to know that would be more important than the time.
