I noticed that as well. Very frustrating. We really need two things. A) hit on Thornton
B) hope he's a legit low-end WR1 bc it's becoming clearer this offense needs it.
2019-20-21-22 have been frustrating teams to follow. At times, things seem to be ready to upswing. Then, poor decisions or frustrating choices bring things into perspective.
I don’t think you know WTF you’re looking at, honestly. Try to be more specific and tell us exactly what about the play calling was too conservative. Maybe keep in mind that Minnesota pretty much just stayed in Cover-1 in the second half and we didn’t have anyone to force them out of it.
Honestly no. The refs might have taken that TD off but that was a 50/50 call and we've benefitted from those going the other way in the past. The running into the kicker was a far bigger issue and gave Minnesota the decisive score. If it weren't for that we could have just been kicking a field goal there and winning this.
