How does the Rams have two firsts to trade after all their trades in recent years? What are they 2030 and 2031 first round picks?

Is RB Ty Montgomery coming back this year??

There has been no additional information about Montgomery. Rumor is he's also dealing with a shoulder issue. Silver lining is we haven't put him on season ending IR yet, so there is hope.

I don't get the Jets there. Upgrading their defense shouldn't be their priority. To get Josh Allen, it is likely to cost at least a first. The Jets are probably going to need their first to get a new QB. Or at the very least a receiver for Wilson to salvage him.

Him coupled with Judon like Chubb would wreak Havoc on Allen and Mahomes. I think the Two First Rounders talk is just ridiculous I think it's really a First and a mid round selection. Did I mention he's very young.

There’s no “season ending IR” for players placed on IR after the cutdown to the 53 man roster like Montgomery. A team can designate up to 8 players to return after 4 weeks on the IR, but no player can be designated more than twice. As of now, the Pats have used only 2 of their designations for Thornton and Cajuste.

I was a big fan of Ty during the summer. I thought he'd have a decent role but now I'd just prefer his role in the passing game goes to Rham. So now I see Ty as just a back up. Could use the depth still tho.

I'm not sold that's the best move. I know we are tight to the cap but with everything that's gone on between players and coaches/management it might be wiser just to eat a little money for these guys then risk pissing off the locker room which seems to be getting past everything that occurred during the summer.

I have to imagine there are a few restructures that can be made instead.

When the season started I was sure Ty M. was needed and would be productive. Rham is doing a great job catching passes now. Ty M is not needed.

Chubb is a FA after this year. We have cap room and sign him in the offseason. Why give up a 1st round pick so Chubb can play 8 games for us? A 1st round pick for 8

The cap space is scary they can be Big players in FA too.

For perspective, the Rams already don’t have their 2023 first rounder due to t deal. So this must be their 2024 and 2025 first rounders.
