Only certain messages should be allowed on a public message board. This is a great post.A negative post or two is fine but it’s not like mods have a sentiment tracker for every single poster. Also there are certain kinds of posts (BB hate, Brady crap) that deserve instant thread ban because it’s just low IQ and tired. I like the moderation and this is the first season in many I find myself consistently in those threads.
It isn’t a public message board. It’s a privately ran and funded forum on the public internet. This isn’t a public utility paid for with tax dollars. There are plenty of other watering holes to piss in on the internet for the chronically negative.Agree. Only certain messages should be allowed on a public message board. This is a great post.
It’s not privately funded. Other than that, your post is right on the money. Correct as always. It isn’t a public message board. It’s a privately ran and funded forum on the public internet. You’re saying the exchange of money for reduced ads makes it publicly funded? Yikes. I say we start a kickstarter to send you to business school. It’s not privately funded. Other than that, your post is right on the money. Correct as always.
There’s intelligent discussion based around disagreements and then there’s whiny, pissing and moaning about the same themes over and over again.Million dollar idea - let’s have a public message board where people only agree with one another. That will last years. Decades, even. It will be so much fun.
I have an MBA. What do you call soliciting money from the public in order to run a message board? I call it publicly funded. You think that’s private? Right as always. You’re brilliant. You’re saying the exchange of money for reduced ads makes it publicly funded? Yikes. I say we start a kickstarter to send you to business school.

It’s a message board, open to the public, and at least funded in part by the public. You’ll get ****posts and you’ll get Shakespeare. I wish I could analyze you but, honestly, I have no clue who the hell you are. There’s intelligent discussion based around disagreements and then there’s whiny, pissing and moaning about the same themes over and over again.
You’re not even interesting to debate with. You just spew straw men and logical fallacy after logical fallacy.

You may be asking yourself, “has he been drinking?” And the answer to that question is yes.
I got permanently banned from reddit for "homophobia" by making a light hearted sack or ball joke about Carl Nassib. The mods here seem pretty fair since I've made similar jokes, including moments ago after he got a sack, without issue. So I'm kinda surprised to hear posts are getting deleted in the game thread. I posted there today and didn't see anything outlandish before getting deleted. Even if something like "fire Belichick this guy sucks" is silly, I would hope those types aren't getting deleted. That already exists, it's called Reddit.
And it ****ing sucks.
