Just in case this doesn't show up in an official thread:

Please note that you've read this, but don't comment on its content, because we do not have political threads.

Sad that the Patriots tend to let lead backs go.

Welp, he's ours for this year - get 'em, Damien!

If returning the right of the people‘s elected legislators to create laws is scary, what does he think about unelected judges with lifetime appointments just making up edicts out of thin air!!

this issues IS NOT about abortion, it’s about a giant overreach by the court in the 70s who just made something that does not appear anywhere in the constitution, a constitutionAl right.

I actually Think the government should not be involved in any health care (that means paying for, or directing how it’s administered.) Hopefully that is where this ruling leads us.

Exactly and the civil war was about states rights, not slavery. I think states rights is the excuse here but the real motivation is religion. Next up, same sex marriage and contraception. States rights after all......and the justices confirmation hearing testimony?, "ha, fooled ya!"

What is his injury status?

He's an adult with an opinion. Agree with it or don't, but he can express that opinion. Now... in before the lock!

Most people on the left don't understand the 10th Amendment:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Because issues like abortion, marriage rights, etc. are nowhere to be found in the Constitution and are not regulated by an Act of Congress, they belong to the states. Period. It's not a difficult concept. If you want abortion rights, go to your state legislature or congressman. It's not the job of 9 men and women of the Supreme Court to do the job that Congress failed to do.

Everything is so damn weird and unsettling nowadays. I feel like regardless where anyone stands, there is agreement that life is very weird right now.
Definitely seems like we're on the brink on something. Idk like a wave or shift is about to happen. Tensions are always high in life but it seems at least imo that we're seeing a lot of extreme on both sides. And not rhetoric was seeing if play out in real life.

Life is incredibly hard. We should helping each other rather than focusing on everything that divides us.

Awesome thread OP you suk

First time I've ever seen a PFT article with comments disabled.
Who the heck looks to the NFL League office for political leadership or moral guidance? This is just Florio bullying the League to get them to endorse his political opinions. He would have an absolute conniption if they ever endorsed a conservative viewpoint. They shouldn't say anything and will be wise to continue that path.

This is what Benjamin Watson thinks. But don't anybody turn this political:

"This turn in jurisprudence marks an end to an era of state sanctioned disregard for human dignity where profitability trumped personhood."

Lol I'd rather watch the news of my preference than to argue and try to change the minds of strangers(although I consider y'all my Pats family) online on any political topic. These threads are recipe for disaster
