The more I think about it, the more I'm gonna miss him. I'm just shy of 30 and I've had this badass role model for 20 of those years. I've even coined "Brady moments" where I accomplished something huge and celebrate in my car like Tom would down the side of the field. I had my first one this year, when I got promoted to a position most counted me out for and doubted I could ride to the challenge. Got into my car and yelled "LET'S GO!" and teared up.

A lot less crazy than the Patriots hitching their wagon to a few scrub QBs after he played 20 years and clearly had more left in the tank.

Clearly this was never a mutual “Ray Bourque” situation. The team didn’t believe in Brady. Otherwise, he’d have no reason to snub them.
