Paragraph 15 of the complaint - Stephen Ross allegedly asked Flores to recruit a prominent QB in violation of hte league's tampering rules. Hmm, I wonder who that could be...from that point on he was ostracized by the Dolphins owner.

Oh this has nothing to do with the Pats, Belichick can throw around as many recommendations to the Giants to hire Dabol over anyone else as he wants. It’s fine. It’s everything else that’s horribly bad. Like, really bad.

Doesn't look like anything damning but I am no legal expert. It looks like Bill accidentally let the cat out of the bag that the NYG already hired Daboll before even interviewing Flores. Effectively making a mockery of the Rooney rule and wasting Flores's time.
