So, I am starting the 2022/2023 Roster Transaction thread because there have been a few transactions that affect this roster. I'm linking the 2021/2022 Roster Transaction thread.
NOTE: I will update the thread with any special roster rules (Opt Outs , IR Change) the league chooses to implement. The used the 2020 IR rules in 2021, but there has been no agreement, to my knowledge, of making this permanent.
