Flores is far and away the best of the Belichick tree. (i get that it’s damning with faint praise, the only other guy who could be considered is BOB if you exclude his GM’ing skills). But he’s shown legit ability. Get him on a team with a QB, and they’re competing for a title very soon.

If Florio goes to Denver, watch out.

Unbelievable that Grier has been there since 2000 and they've cycled through some real good HC's.

Ross is huge benefactor of Michigan, it's his alma mater, so the Harbaugh to Miami thing may have some tread imo.

I see that making it less likely. Since Ross has such close ties to Michigan, he probably won't want to be the one who steals Harbaugh from them.

Was literally having a convo last night after the game w/ a good friend who is a Bengal fan and we both agreed on this: "There's no way the Dolphins let Flores go."

Nah. Flores won't ever compete for a title unless the GM brings in a great OC that is given ultimate say on the offense. Flores is out because he isn't good at picking his staff just look at the turnover of his OC

2019- Chad O'Shea
2020- Chan Gailey
2021- Eric Studsville/George Godsey (co-offensive coordinators) and i'm sure they would have been out after this season

and it ain't like Chad O'Shea or Chan Gailey moved on to another team for a better or equal job.

can't trust him to pick an OC and an OC can't really trust him because it seems they are the one's that gets tossed under the bus by him

he's also had 3 different OL coaches in 3 years.



Also the people wanting Flores back, you don't want him back. You want Josh Boyer back
