Sounds to me like Bill thinks he’s a raw prospect. Could be. Can’t judge him at all in his current situation and how would you improve with no OL and no coaching? With no OL Pats should get their share of sacks tomorrow.

McCorkle isn't going to like this one bit. He's probably thinking: "Coach must not think I can make all the throws, only letting me throw it 3 times in Buffallo."

Lawrence is in a horrible situation. A bad culture. No leadership from the coaching staff. The team is devoid of any talent.

Urban Meyers destroyed any chance of Lawrence being productive his rookie season. Meyers created a toxic culture that cannot be eliminated just by removing him a few weeks ago. They are going to need a whole new coaching staff to do that.

But even then? Who is blocking for Lawrence? Who Lawrence throwing to? For a team that has drafted high in every round for years and has a crap load of cap room every year, they are devoid of any talent. They went into this season with nearly $35 million worth of cap space left over. That is after free agency and signing draft picks in a year that no one were paying receivers and most of the top receivers on the market were forced to take one year deals and try free agency this offseason. Next year with the cap roll over, they will have over $100 million of cap space and I bet they don't even pick up one of the top WRs out there.

Belichick sees what we all do. Lawrence has all the tools to be a special player. But he is in a horrible situation.

If Lawrence went to a team, even a bad one, that would take the time to develop him and put the right talent around him, his potential is sky's the limit. Unfortunately, he is in Jacksonville and chances are they will squander his talent and ruin him like the Jets do to their QBs.

If Jax wanted me as HC I'd also want my pick of a compatible competent GM so that way I could influence spending the $100M cap money. Were I Josh or some decent HC candidate that would be the deal.

After the 49ers debacle I have no idea how Baalke keeps getting jobs, and survived this Urban Meyer mess. I feel bad for Lawerence, the kid has no chance.

Maybe the kid will get a chance with another team

It really starts at the top. Khan has no idea how to run an NFL franchise. He was handed a generational talent on a golden platter and all he needed to do was scrap the entire front office and start completely from scratch. Instead, he retains Baalke, a cancerous snake and a coach killer, and hires Urban Meyer. Baalke should have been handed his walking papers at the end of last year and Dorsey should have been given the keys to the kingdom.

And blocked.

If this defense can't make him look like Sam Darnold, it will be a disappointment.

Job #1 for Khan is to reorient the organization and hire a head coach who has the player personnel team under him.

Job #1 for the head coach is to hire an OL coach who can teach well so they can get a credible run game going with guys from mid to late rounds.

They need to build an offense first and a secondary second, but I’d think hard about Thibodeau in the first round to add a potential disruptor for their D so their weak secondary is always getting picked apart. Then a corner in the second round, coupled with a good veteran safety and another corner in free agency

I’d TaKe MaC oVeR hIm

****in clowns

Not a ringing endorsement from BB.

Wonder if Khan will try to pair Lawrence with the current pats oc.

I love how we’re talking down to them at 9 wins/rebuilding ourselves lol.

I must say, unrelated tho… north Florida is the lamest part of the south by far. All of the trash with none of the culture.

be cool if they just move to London.

also their unis suck.

han has got to be asking himself some questions on the management/coaching side. I cant believe that he just does not know he needs to sort this and get his star QB a decent coach.

This game is going to be a bloodbath. Jags already had the worst OL in the league, and now they only have 1 starter and 3 back-ups available (unless something changes today). Unless the game is moved (unlikely), Pats by 20+. Line has moved from -15 to -16.5

Welcome to my ignore list.

The game being moved is my concern, not that the Pats would lose, but they would have short rest for Miami
