I wouldn't say over their head.... if the team plays smart they can win and compete with any team in the league. But they played dumb football for the most part of 6 games to start the season. And playing dumb football the last 2 weeks. We don't have the talent to overcome idiot killer penalties and losing the turnover battle.
No pressure at all. We can't win games when QB has a whole day to throw the ball.
